Short Sale Processing

Since RealtyProx is part of the RealtyProx Group, it connects real estate agents to its sister company, Nationalncc_logo Closing Center (NCC). When it comes to short sales, RealtyProx provides tools, NCC provides labor. Every RealtyProx user can choose to process their short sales in-house or request a skilled and experienced processor from NCC. No pressure, though! You will be able to make a decision on a listing-by-listing basis. Some RealtyProx users delegate all their short sales to NCC, while other use the platform to process a certain number of files in-house while sending the overflow to NCC. Please keep in mind that if you’re signed up with RealtyProx, you don’t need to sign up with NCC separately—your account is automatically connected.
