What exactly is RealtyProx?
RealtyProx is a web-based real estate transaction management application that can be used by a single broker/agent, large multi-agent brokerages, real estate law firms, and escrow/title companies. Different parties involved in short sale processing use the application to communicate and share documents. With automated emails, built-in eFax, email, and tasks and reminders, the platform seamlessly keeps everybody in the loop.

How is RealtyProx different from other platforms?
The best way to see how it is different is to register and get up close and personal with it. But if you insist on describing it, lets us say that RealtyProx is developed by “real estate professionals for real estate professionals”. The greatest thing about RealtyProx is that the system thinks like a real estate agent and is super simple to use. Zero fluff, zero hype, only functions that you need to streamline your work. It’s your very own virtual real estate office, available from your home or on the go.

Do I need to install something in order to start using your application?

Absolutely not! RealtyProx is a 100% web-based application. There is nothing to install or update, ever. Log in and start using it.

Is my data secure with RealtyProx?
Absolutely! All our clients log into the system using Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) that creates a secure channel over otherwise unsecure network. In addition, we do not sell, rent or otherwise share our clients’ data with any third parties and even our customer service employees have a limited access to our customers’ data.

I’m subscribing to MLS and using it on daily basis. Why do I need RealtyProx?
MLS is something you must subscribe to if you are at least a little bit serious about working as a real estate agent. RealtyProx is something you choose to use, because you want to be ahead of your competition. MLS provides you the basic information about the property, RealtyProx helps analyze it and close the deals faster and more efficient. You can use conversation logs and notes to counter bank's offer in a short sale; to make a better presentation to a prospect; to measure a performance of your brokerage and to make sure nothing is lost in the process of communication.

I am using Excel spreadsheets (make notes in my notebook, have a phenomenal memory, etc.) to keep track of my transactions. Why do I need RealtyProx?
Surely that old Buick rides OK, but wouldn’t you rather drive a BMW? RealtyProx is much more than a piece of software that keeps track of all your transactions. You can access many different lender forms and other documents and send pre-formatted emails to all the parties involved without opening your “real” email client; RealtyProx reminds you about your next closing and generates all kinds of reports. You would be jumping from one application to another tying to accomplish a task that RealtyProx can do in an instant.

Do you offer customized versions of RealtyProx? Is it possible to brand RealtyProx with our logo?

Does RealtyProx work on smart phones and tablets?
Yes it does! RealtyProx works on an iPhone, Android powered phones, and most other smart phones, and tablets.
